ACTS 1:8 PRAYER PLAN

our Jerusalem

1. Pray for our Vision to become a reality:
   "Serving together the churches of the Mallary Baptist Association will make disciples to impact the world"

2. We are praying for our churches and pastors according to an alphabetical list of churches.  Pray this time for Bridgeboro Baptist Church (Bobby Joe Brown, pastor), Bryant Drive Baptist Church (Ron Stinson, interim pastor), Byne Memorial Baptist Church (Bill Sims, pastor), and Calvary Baptist Church (Chip Gresham, pastor).

3. Pray for the churches without pastors: Bryant Drive, Friendship, Gordy-New Bethel, Northside, Shingler, and Sunnyside.

4. Pray for the South Georgia Center, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, (seminary extension) its teachers and students.

5. Pray for our city and county officials in Dougherty, Lee, and Worth Counties.

6. Pray for our schools, boards of education, superintendents, principals, teachers, and students.

7. Pray for the lost in your family and your circle of influence (work, school, recreation, neighborhood, etc.).

8. Pray for unity in the body of Christ in Albany and surrounding area.

9. Pray for Children's Camp June 30-July3.

10. Pray for the MBA Executive Committee Meeting July 17.

11. Pray for the Senior Adult Rally July 24.

12. Pray for the Leadership by Design Workshop July 31.

13. Pray for the "Walk Thru the Bible" Workshop August 9.

14. Pray for the Prayer Conference with Dr. Gregory Frizzell October 4-5.

15. Prayer for the MBA Annual Meeting October 16.

our Judea

1. Pray for our state government officials.

2. Pray for the Georgia Baptist Convention:  its ministries and employees.

3. Pray for the Georgia Baptists' Partnerships: California, Moldova, New York, Yucatan Peninsula (Mexico), Western Canada.

OUR SAMARIA 

1. Pray for our national government officials.

2. Pray for the national elections November 4.

3. Pray for the North American Mission Board and its missionaries.

4. Pray for the Southern Baptist Convention and its missionaries.

5. Pray for the Mission Trip July 13-20 to Brunswick Baptist Church , Troy, New York.

6. Pray for the partnership with the Hudson Baptist Association, New York, and Primera Iglesia Bautista de Amsterdam Church (pastor, Carlos Schmidt) and Russian Church (pastor, Sergej Katko).

7. Pray for the revival of God's people and the spiritual awakening of our nation.

8. Pray for the Southern Baptist Convention's Annual Meeting in Indianapolis June 10-11 and its related meetings.

OUR UTTERMOST PARTS OF THE WORLD

1. Pray for the International Mission Board and its missionaries.

2. Pray for the one billion plus Muslims of the world that they would come to an understanding of who Jesus Christ is.

3. Prayer for the salvation of the 100 Largest Unreached People Groups (We will pray for four each month.):  the Vakkaliga people of India whose major religion is Hinduism, the Vanniyan people of India whose major religion is Hinduism,  the Viswakama people of India whose major religion is Hinduism, and the Yadava people of India whose major religion is Hinduism.

4. Pray for the situation in Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank that progress toward peace would be made.

5. Pray for protection for our armed forces who are in Iraq.

6. Pray for the people of Iraq as they establish their  government and that they would have an opportunity to hear the Gospel and respond.

7. Pray for the persecuted Christians of the world.

8. Pray for the MBA's partnership with the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico.

9. Pray for the Mission Trip to the Yucatan September 20-27.

10. Pray for the GBC Ministries at the 2008 Olympics in China in August.

ANSWERS TO PRAYER

1. Praise the Lord for the doors of ministry the Lor is opening for the association.

2. Praise the Lord for Friendship Baptist Chruch becoming a provisional member of the association until being approved at annual meeting.
